Our Story
How We Got Here
Succor Transitional Program was born out of a deep commitment to the Baltimore community. Witnessing the gaps in support for youth and families navigating hardship, our founders set out to build an organization that meets people where they are — with compassion, resources, and real pathways forward.
Over the years, we have grown from a grassroots effort into a recognized nonprofit delivering grant-funded programs that serve youth with diverse needs, including those with IEPs and 504 plans, young people seeking employment, and community members in crisis.
Every program we run is shaped by the voices of the people we serve. We believe in dignity, equity, and the power of possibility.
